About Cold:
Köld's story began in San Francisco in the fall of 2013, where the founders Peter Svanberg and Alex Fogler lived and worked (with other than ice cream) and met through their common interest in all exciting food and drink on the west coast, not least they liked all good ice cream they found .
Soon, work began on a 1 liter ice cream machine in Peter's kitchen. The vision was to create exciting flavors, even for those who cannot/want milk-based ice cream. Köld opened a pop-up shop in Malmö in June 2015, which received a very positive response. During a few exciting years at Mitt Möllan's Food Court, the business expanded. When it became too small in 2021, the moving load went to Friisgatan 14 in Malmö. But Köld also wanted to be known for having fantastic service and offering experiences in new ways and therefore developed Smakevents and Workshops, which have become great successes.
