To create the magic of the dining room - the expectant mood and warm atmosphere - and a deep-rooted passion for drinks and the role of the sommelier. These have been common threads throughout my career.
Now I unite them with an ambition to elevate the tableware profession and facilitate an industry that was hit hard during the pandemic. Mira manning is my contribution to the industry and the professions I love.
