RENT OF PREMISES
Below is included in the premises rent:
• Arrangement of existing tables according to agreement (setting not included)
• Porcelain (1 champagne glass, 2 wine glasses, 1 water glass, coffee glass, coffee spoon, cutlery, plates
for all dishes/pp and water carafes)
• Tealight holders 2 per table with tealights
• White linen tablecloths - if you want extra tablecloths for more tables than the dining tables, this must be booked in advance
• White linen napkins
• Dishwashing
• Cleaning of the premises the following day
• Access to the premises between 16–20 the day before (Friday)
• Access to the venue and decorate the tables on Saturday from 10.00
• Not available Sunday without gifts or other things collected before lunch on the following Monday
or in consultation with staff.
• You may be in the premises until 01.30 at the latest. Music and bar closes at 01:00 (Saturday)
• Music is arranged by the guest himself

ROOM 17 HANSA
Lokal 17's sister restaurant in the best premium location in the middle of the city - at Hansa. Similar to its sister Lokal 17 in terms of food but with its own appearance. The weekends offer, among other things, lunches and After Work on Fridays.

WIN BAR 17 HANSA
VINBAR 17 is a new unit that gives us the opportunity to develop our event page. With a focus on above all wine but also other exciting drinks, we offer a variety of different types of taste and drink tastings. The tastings are aimed both at the conscious consumer who frequents Systembolaget's wine cellar shop directly across from the cellar square as well as our corporate customers.

FOOD TRUCK – PEMBERT & COMPANY
Our very own food truck offers everything from modern street food to sourdough pizza with influences from all over the world. We adapt the range depending on where we are and the context we are in. During 2022, it has become, among other things, sourdough pizza at Torsjö Live and Limhamnsfestivalen, vegetarian gnocchi at corporate events and Derby burgers at Jägersro Trav & Galopp. The outdoor season was rounded off with seafood soup at Äppelmarkanen in Kivik.
