Just outside Vellinge in Skåne's beautiful landscape, you will find Stallgården with whitewashed stone walls with beautiful light streaming in through the leaded stable windows.
The farm
The farm is nestled in Skåne's beautiful cornfields and was built in 1870. It consists of a large dwelling house, a stable, a huge barn, a wonderfully cozy garden and is surrounded by large, beautiful green meadows and fields. When we first set foot in the fine residential building, we were greeted by the charming soul and spirit of the farm - with carpets in different colors and tiles in pink and green.
For us, it is important that during the renovation we succeed in maintaining the farm's unique charm. We refurbish and refurbish, but when you open the large wooden doors and step into the house, you are still greeted by the unique, rustic feeling in true farm spirit! On the lower level, guests have access to their own kitchen, where you can have breakfast together or why not cook a good dinner the night before the party starts?
In the cozy lounge, we want to give guests the opportunity to socialize in peace and quiet, sit and talk, have a glass of bubbly - feel at home! On the lower level, we have also created the perfect room for the bride to be redecorated in - the maid's room. With large mirrors and good surfaces, the make-up artist, hair stylist and photographer together with the bride can create their magic, while the bridesmaids sit in the lounge in the next room and wait with excitement to see the beautiful bride.
Lower level also offers shower and toilet. One floor up you will find our overnight rooms. The wedding suite, the farmer's suite and the double rooms Drängen and Fattighjonet. The rooms follow the rustic spirit of the farm and when you close the door, we want our guests to feel calm and safe.
Stable & Barn
The stable has been home to many horses for several years. Despite long rows of stalls, stalls and saddle rooms, we saw the venue's incredible potential as soon as we opened the stable doors and stepped inside.
With its generous 150 square meters in the ballroom, it offers room for 150 seated guests, a stage where the music can be created and a fantastic floor to dance on! We want to emphasize the stable's fantastic character, with high ceilings, its incredible beams and, together with the windows' beautiful light, create a unique venue with an unbeatable atmosphere.
The rest of the stable's 91 square meters consists of the bar - with a mingling area, cloakroom and toilets as well as a large kitchen where the chef and his team can create dinners you won't soon forget! Adjacent to the stables is the barn. This enormous barn of 269 square meters and with 10 meters up in the ridge, a magical feeling when you step into the fantastic barn!
The 10 meter high ceiling has been decorated with strings of lights that are looped around the beautiful beams and fill the barn with a warm glow.
Here, only the imagination sets limits to what can be created - market, event, fair, ceremony, sitting, dance or large party. Regardless, it will be an unforgettable experience!

My name is Pernilla Bohman. I was born in 1969 and grew up in Haparanda, Norrbotten county. It has been a bit circuitous to finally end up in beautiful Skåne. There have been a few stopovers in the USA, Kalmar, Stockholm and Aaschen in Germany before I found the right one. I am basically a business developer, logistician and systems scientist and have worked most of my professional years within the SAS group. In 2015 my love took me down to the wide expanses of Skåne and in the spring of 2016 we got married. All the work in arranging our wedding led to the start-up of Stallgården.
We wanted to find a party venue that would accommodate 100 guests without looking like a course venue from the 1970s. We also wanted to be able to bring our own alcohol and food without the cover price being over SEK 1,000 per guest. We chose not to get married in the church, but wanted to have the wedding on the same farm and, if possible, would like to spend the night. As these were important criteria for us, I felt that they are probably so for others as well. And an idea for an overall concept began to take shape.
As a result, we at Stallgården can offer a large network, everything from bands, disc jockeys, saxophonists, catering, florists, cake creators, make-up artists, hairdressers to transport. The premises that we rent include stage lights, moving heads, speaker systems, microphones, projectors, ice machine, tables, chairs, tablecloths, all crockery, vases, decanters, cutlery, fire baskets, grills and much more. We rent out the premises from Friday to Monday or alternatively from Tuesday to Thursday and we offer overnight stays in the wedding suite or one of our other double rooms. Stallgården is a magical place to have your wedding or party!
